Shipping

All standard orders within Alberta, Canada are a flat fee of $10. All standard orders to other provinces are a flat fee of $15. Express options are available for an additional fee at checkout.

For orders from all other countries shipping fees will be stated in checkout with express options as well. Please note duties and taxes are not included in your order total and are calculated by your country once they pass through customs. This is at the responsibility of the customer to pay any additional entry fees.

If it is not allowing you to checkout with your shipping country please email us and we would be happy to see if we have shipping available to you.

Please note that all orders outside of Canada are final sale.

All orders placed will ship out within 48 hrs of time of purchase. Any orders placed between Friday 11:00 am and Sunday will ship out on the following Monday.

Kindly note we will do our absolute best to ensure your packages reach you by the estimated delivery date. Please keep in mind that the estimates are given by our shipping carriers and occasionally packages may arrive later than expected. 

For next day priority shipping, please contact us at hello@shopcollinsst.com prior to placing your order so that we can do our best to ensure that you receive your package when it is needed.

Duties and Taxes

Please note that international orders may be subject to duties and taxes and these amounts are to be paid by the customer and are non refundable. If you refuse any shipment due to duty and taxes owing you will not be refunded any shipping fees originally paid/ duty and tax or the cost to have the item sent back to us. All orders outside of Canada are final sale.
