Shipping

All standard orders within Alberta, Canada are a flat fee of $10. All standard orders to other provinces are a flat fee of $15. Express options are available for an additional fee at checkout.

For orders from all other countries shipping fees will be stated in checkout with express options as well. Please note duties and taxes are not included in your order total and are calculated by your country once they pass through customs. This is at the responsibility of the customer to pay any additional entry fees. 

If it is not allowing you to checkout with your shipping country please email us and we would be happy to see if we have shipping available to you.

All orders placed will ship out within 48 hrs of time of purchase. Any orders placed between Friday 11:00 am and Sunday will ship out on the following Monday.

Kindly note we will do our absolute best to ensure your packages reach you by the estimated delivery date. Please keep in mind that the estimates are given by our shipping carriers and occasionally packages may arrive later than expected. 

For next day priority shipping, please contact us at hello@shopcollinsst.com prior to placing your order so that we can do our best to ensure that you receive your package when it is needed.

Duties and Taxes

Please note that international orders may be subject to duties and taxes and these amounts are to be paid by the customer and are non refundable. If you refuse any shipment do to duty and taxes owing you will not be refunded any shipping fees originally paid/ duty and tax or the cost to have the item sent back to us.

Online Purchases:

At Collins St. we want you to love your new item(s). If you are not 100% satisfied with your item(s) you may return all FULL PRICE merchandise for a refund within 10 days from your date of purchase, or if you are within 14 days of purchase you may exchange at that time for equal or greater value only. Any purchase outside 14 days is final sale. Exchanges are then final sale.

Online orders where "studio pick up" is selected are required to be picked up within 7 days from the date of purchase to receive a full refund. Anything beyond this timeframe becomes exchange only.

Sale Items:

WAREHOUSE SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE- no exceptions.

Online sale items where no additional discount or discount code is added, or that is not a warehouse sale item can be returned for a refund or exchange within same time frame as above.

**Items that are additionally discounted on top of being on sale will be FINAL SALE. And any items listed as FINAL SALE online will be final sale with no exceptions.** example - discount code being used on item(s) already on sale.

Flash sales will be final sale and will be stated at the time of sale. 

In Studio Purchases:

All items purchased in studio are final sale. Exceptions can be made for an exchange within 7 days of your in studio purchase for items of equal or greater value. 

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s) and then your refund will be processed. A refund will be applied to your original method of payment. This may take up to several business days to show on your account, depending on your financial institution or payment method used.

Please note shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for an item, the cost of your original shipping amount paid will not be included in the refund total. If you deny a shipment you will also be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back which will be deducted from your return total.

Kindly note that intimates are exempt from being returned and will be final sale. Swimwear may only be returned if all tags are attached and all liners are still in place.

Non-refundable items:
* Gift cards

To be eligible for a refund or exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all original tags attached.

Please email us at hello@shopcollinsst.com to receive a return shipping label. Please note all returns will be charged a $10 return fee that will be deducted from your total refund amount. For international returns, please see below.

International Returns:

Collins St. does not cover the cost of international returns. We ask that you please reach out to us for a return label which will be at your cost. Depending on your country we can let you know the cost of the return and then send you the label.
